Commission Pieces
These are a few of the commission pieces I have created.

"Sedona" was made for a friends mother, who lives in Arizona.

"Chimney Rock" was made for a friend. This is a landmark in Nebraska that was used to mark the Oregon trial for the wagon trains headed West.

This landscape has a color crayon sky, topography lines, beads & embellishments. Some of the beads & embellishments are from artisian jewelry the client wanted incorporated into the landscape. There are approximately 1000 beads & embellishments in the piece. The office of the client has a lavender theme, with teal, blue & maroon accents. The border is a hand dyed fabric that incorporates the lavenders & blues.

"Sedona" was created with striped, textured fabrics. Hand-dyed fabric was used in the sky. The top of the quilt is shaped with the clouds. The cacti are 3-D and attached to the surface of the quilt.

"Chimney Rock" was created from a photograph taken by the friend it was made for. Rayon fabric was used in the foreground, unusual batiks for the rock and hand-painted fabric for the sky.
